Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products and Educational Materials

All sales of digital products are final unless otherwise stated on the specific sales page.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• downloadable guides
• eBooks
• digital resources
• recorded training
• online courses
• educational modules
• membership content already accessed

Because digital products are delivered immediately or made accessible upon purchase, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, unused access, lack of completion, or failure to review the product unless required by law.

2. Educational Programs

If you purchase an educational program, course, or package, the refund terms stated on the specific sales or checkout page will control. If no different policy is stated there, purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.

If a payment plan is offered, you are responsible for completing all agreed-upon payments unless the written program terms say otherwise.

3. Consultations and Appointments

Consultation and appointment fees are non-refundable once the appointment is booked.

If you need to reschedule, we ask that you provide at least 24 business hours’ notice. One courtesy reschedule may be allowed at our discretion.

Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows may be charged in full and may not be eligible for a refund or credit.

4. Cancellation of Recurring Memberships or Subscriptions

If we offer any recurring membership, subscription, or auto-renew program, you may cancel future renewals at any time according to the cancellation instructions provided at signup or in your account settings.

Your cancellation will stop future charges going forward. Charges already processed are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated in the offer.

If a recurring offer includes a minimum commitment term, early cancellation does not remove responsibility for charges already agreed to as part of that commitment, unless prohibited by law.

We aim to make cancellation straightforward. The FTC’s recent rulemaking and enforcement actions emphasize that recurring offers must clearly disclose material terms and make cancellation easy to understand and use.

5. Physical Products

If we sell physical products directly through the site, any return eligibility, return window, and refund conditions will be stated on the applicable product page or order terms. Items must generally be unused, unopened, and returned in original condition unless the product page states otherwise.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us first, so we have an opportunity to resolve it.

Initiating a chargeback after receiving access to digital content, educational materials, or booked services without first contacting us may be treated as a violation of these terms and may result in suspension or termination of access while the matter is reviewed.

7. Exceptions

We may make exceptions in rare circumstances at our sole discretion, but doing so once does not obligate us to do so again. Any exception must be made in writing.
